Many rules have been laid down for the candidates going to appear for REET exam, which the candidates are required to follow, otherwise this time those candidates who will not follow the rules will be barred from this exam.
1. It Is Mandatory To Bring The Admit Card
To appear in the REET exam, it will be mandatory for all candidates to bring a printout of their admit card to the examination center. Digital admit card (on mobile screen) will not be valid at the examination center. Without this, entry will not be allowed in the examination center.
Important Point
- The admit card will be issued 7-10 days before the exam.
- Candidates must bring a hard copy of the admit card.
- Read the instructions given on the admit card carefully.
2. Reach The Exam Center On Time
- The gates of the REET exam centre will be closed 1 hour before the commencement of the exam.
- Late arriving candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
- Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre at least 90 minutes in advance.
3. Items Prohibited In The Examination Hall
The following items will not be allowed inside the exam centre
Electronic devices :- Mobile phones, smartwatches, earphones, Bluetooth devices, pagers, and other electronic gadgets.
Stationery items :- Pencil, calculator, log table, rough paper, notebook, or any type of book.
Metallic items :- Metallic jewellery, belts, watches, rings, bracelets, etc.
If a candidate is caught with these items, his/her exam may be cancelled.

4. Dress Code At The Exam Center
Dress code has been implemented to prevent unfair means in the exam
For Male Candidates :-
- Full sleeve shirts, coats, jackets and pants with heavy pockets will not be allowed.
- Can come only wearing chappals or sandals. Wearing shoes is strictly prohibited
For Female Candidates :-
- Wearing heavy jewelry (earrings, bracelets, bangles, rings) will not be allowed.
- Flower hair clips and rubber bands cannot be used
Wearing sandals or chappals will be allowed, but not shoes
5. Carry Only Blue Or Black Pen
Only blue or black ballpoint pens will be allowed in the exam. Pens or pencils of other colours cannot be used
6. Leaving The Seat During The Examination Is Prohibited
- No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination
- If a candidate leaves the hall in the middle, he will not be able to enter again.
7. Use Of Unfair Means In The Examination Is Strictly Prohibited
- If found cheating, the examination will be cancelled with immediate effect.
- Any kind of conversation, gestures or any other suspicious activity in the examination hall will be considered a violation of the rules of the examination.
- CCTV cameras will be installed for strict monitoring at the examination centre.
8. Biometric Verification Mandatory
- Fingerprint scan and photo verification will be done before entering the examination hall.
- Candidates will have to get their facial recognition verified.
9. Free Travel Facility To The Examination Center
- The Rajasthan government is providing free travel facility in Rajasthan Roadways buses to the candidates appearing in the examination.
- This facility will be available 2 days before and 2 days after the examination.
- It will be mandatory to show the admit card to travel in the bus.
10. COVID-19 Guidelines At The Exam Centre
- Although the COVID-19 situation is under control now, it will still be important to take care of health safety at the exam centre
- All candidates will have to maintain social distancing.
- It may be mandatory to use hand sanitizer before entering the exam hall
