- Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS): The government provides central subsidy at lower interest rates on home loans between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 12 lakh to reduce the interest and total loan amount for first-time loan borrowers to construct a house.

Be careful, apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana only from authorized centers
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, eligible beneficiaries can also register themselves online through the official website of the Ministry of Housing.
